We are a community of athletes with like minded goals and aspirations. No matter online 1000 miles away or in-person, we encourage and keep each other accountable through online forums, group runs, and regular interactions. We are actively involved in the running and athletic community though partnerships, volunteering, and outreach.
We work one-on-one to analyze your strengths and weaknesses and to create a plan that will help you achieve your goals. Then, we keep you to keep you on track, motivated, and accountable to hit each milestone and target. Our coaching system is a strong partnership between coach and athlete.
We understand that building new fitness habits is difficult and often times we fail. Our running philosophy is "less is more." Instead of super high volume build in cross training and workout recommendations. We strongly believe that if you practice all around fitness, you will get to that start line healthy.
